Professional Services Manager, Dante Giadone has worked in the IT field for nearly 20 years. He started at USA.NET in 1998 and worked with Victor Silva to build the Professional Services team from the ground up. His motto: "Every organization has unique needs — my job is to identify both their business and technical needs and implement a solution that meets and/or exceeds their needs." Giadone leads a team whose greatest asset is their experience. He takes special care to understand how his customer's business operates and leverages email, so that he can better understand how to craft a solution that is tailor-made just for their organization. No solution is ever "cookie-cutter."
Vice President for Client Services, Victor Silva brings over 24 years of experience in technical account management, customer project management, software development, systems architecture and database development. Joining the company in 1999, he is responsible for Professional Services and Account Management at USA.NET, covering all aspects of launching customers on USA.NET's messaging services with a focus on migration and integration services, as well as on-going Technical Account Management for our direct customer base. Silva has been the technical liaison with United Airlines, Farmers Insurance, Realogy and other key customers coordinating messaging services and directly managing migrations from internal services for over 2 million accounts.
